Rental Conditions
Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the total rental price is required to confirm the booking.
Overtime Charges
Overtime will be charged at 1.5 times the hourly rate for each additional hour beyond the agreed rental period.
Included in Rental Price
The rental price includes the use of the vehicle, driver services, and basic insurance coverage. Additional services such as fuel, tolls, and parking fees are not included and will be charged separately.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel more than 16 days, no charge
- Cancel 8 - 15 days before travel, deduct 50%
- Cancel less than 7 days, deduct 100%
Rescheduling Policy
- More than 16 days, reschedule for free
- Less than 15 days, add 30%
